Refund policy

Refunds
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem within 30 days of purchase. This includes the following:
- The item is faulty/damaged
- The item is significantly different to the sample and description
- It is unsafe
- The item does not do what it said it did.
If you request a refund or exchange you are responsible for returning the original item to us. In the case of an exchange, we will happily offer you a replacement if available or you may choose an alternate design of equal value.
Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt- in the event you need a refund or to exchange an item.
Note that replacements are dependent on availability.
Damages or error
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if in the rare event you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email info@koraki.co within 7 business days of receiving the item with details so we can process your request.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
