Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs start at $11 with extra options such as Express and Signature on delivery. We do offer free shipping on all orders within Australia over $100 sent with regular post.

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days from date of purchase.

Delivery time: Approx 1-7 business days from shipping date.

All orders are shipped from Geelong.

Holidays such as Easter/Christmas

During the holiday period, please allow extra time for shipping. We will advertise our cut-off dates to ensure your order arrives in time. We cannot guarantee orders placed after the cut-off will arrive in time for a specific date.

Please allow all items will be posted within 4 business days from date of order.
Time to delivery can be up to 4 weeks depending on addresses within Australia.

Standard shipping offers $100 compensation for damaged and missing parcels. If your item arrives damaged, please take the item and packaging to your nearest Post Office for assessment and advice.

International Shipping

Time to delivery for international orders is not guaranteed. We will, however, provide tracking with all orders.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification advising of your tracking number.
