When will you ship my order?

Each order is processed and sent within 1-3 business days.

Release days
Processing may take a little longer when launching a new collection, please allow 1-4 business days. ]

Pre-orders for collections can take 4-6 weeks until ready to be shipped out. If more time is needed this will be communicated via Socials and newsletter.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery within Australia can take between 3-14 business days with standard post. Express generally takes 2-5 business days.

International times may vary from 2-6 weeks.

Note: These times may differ over peak periods and other conditions out of our control.

If for some reason your parcel hasn't moved along or hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, please get in touch and we will do our best to reach out to AusPost and get an update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Sure do! All orders over $100 will ship free with standard shipping within Australia only, no code is required. Orders over $150 will be upgraded to Free Express shipping.

Please note these will not have signature on delivery.

For international orders

Canada, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and the United States will receive free shipping for orders over $200 AUD.

Orders to New Zealand ship free for orders over $110 AUD.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, no problem there.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship out to select countries. These are: Canada, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, New Zealand and the United States.

If your country is not listed, feel free to get in touch to see what we can do.

Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped with tracking.
• Standard post $11
• Express post 
(Signature on delivery is extra)

Free Standard shipping is offered across Australia for orders over $100.

And Free Express shipping for orders over $150.

International orders are shipped via Standard Airmail with tracking. 

• New Zealand $16 (AUD)
• Canada, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, United States $25(AUD)

Any customs or duty fees are responsible to the buyer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Damages or error
Please inspect your order once received and get in touch immediately if the item is damaged or if in the rare event you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email within 7 business days of receiving the item with details so we can process your request.

Sale items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.


All purchases are wrapped up and sent in a cardboard box that is recyclable. Any padding such as tissue paper or bubble wrap is reused from a stash received from personal purchases. We try to reduce, reuse & recycle where possible. When that runs out we will use tissue paper and other materials to ensure safe delivery of your order.
